Camping will be allowed in the third tier of the bathing beach parking lot. Camping will also be allowed on the beach if a self contained vehicle section is open. Please ensure you have all proper equipment required for driving on the beach. It is also recommended to bring work gloves, sun screen and water.
The Horseneck Beach fall conservation project will be held Saturday, Oct 18. 2025. The project will consist of installing alittle under a mile of snow fence at the main beach. The project will start at 9am. As of right now, we will meet in the campground before going over to the main beach. Lunch will be served after the project back at the campground. The DCR has once again set aside a limited number of sites for the volunteers that would like to camp for the weekend. These sites are on a first come first serve basis. If you would like a site, please contact Sue Kelly DIRECTLY-DO NOT respond to this post as she may miss your request in the comments. Please email her at Skelly529@aol.com or text her 508-272-9287. She will contact you directly and assign you a site number. All campers have to be registered with the office. We appreciate all volunteers that come out to help as this is a big project but a favorite for most!!!
